I’ve found some of my favorite brands here, plus brands that I didn’t know existed and now seek out. Their fresh baked bread from a Florida bakery is absolutely phenomenal. The beer, wine and produce selection is also really fun and full of things you just don’t see anywhere else. Watch your expiration dates and enjoy the low prices you also just don’t see anywhere else. No bags provided but they do have boxes you can use if you don’t bring your own. These guys do it right. I love this place! I drive all the way from southwest cape once every couple of weeks to shop here.

This place has extremely reasonable prices. Loaded up on perfectly good groceries for two weeks for less than $100. Keep in mind the best buy dates are close to or slightly past expiration so plan accordingly.

Very good prices on some items but you have to be real careful and check the use and sell by dates most Items are close to or past expiration date I did not think that stores could sell expired food items. My fault that I purchased a package of sliced summer sausage without checking the date until after I got home This package had a sell by 10/15/25 it is now 3 /15/26 five months past the sell by date how is it even possible that that product remained in the display case that long ?

This place is a Garbage dump im sorry what a waste of my time and my money all out of date food products place is a dirty mess stuff thrown all over the place dusty moldy fruit you dont even want to know what produce looks like i would leave 0 stars if it was possible stay away people cheaper and better stuff at walmart !

Sunflower is one of those great places that, if you know, you know. Update! Sunflower moved to a new, much larger location. Still great deals but in a store with big wide aisles and the produce is inside now... They carry better brands that are near expiration at a substantial discount. If you are trying to eat higher quality on a budget, then Sunflower should be your first stop before any other grocery. I'm always looking for sheep, goat, or Buffalo milk cheese, and they almost always have at least one to try. They don't just have groceries. They also have beauty and health supplements. Great little store.
